Human Bingo

Format: Icebreaker • Individual Play • Onsite

Group Size: 10–100 players

Duration: 10–20 minutes (or ongoing throughout an event)

Laughter Scale: 😂😂😂☆☆

📝 Overview

Human Bingo is a high-energy, low-prep icebreaker perfect for kicking off meetings, team events, or holiday parties. Designed to spark spontaneous conversations and laughter, this game helps people connect over surprising, quirky, and memorable personal traits. Think of it as a social scavenger hunt—played with stickers.

👥 How It Works

Each participant receives a sheet of stickers, each with a unique trait or experience printed on it—such as “Has run a marathon” or “Plays the ukulele” or “Is left-handed” or “Doesn’t drink coffee” or “Loves pineapple on pizza”. No two sheets are alike. (Download now!)

Players mingle and chat, trying to find others who match the traits on their stickers. When a match is found, they hand over the sticker (or ask the person to stick it on themselves). Players cannot place their own stickers on themselves.

The goal? Give away as many stickers as possible within a set time—or throughout an event.

🏆 Winning and Recognition

  • 🥇 Most Stickers Given
  • 🥈 Runner-Up & Third Place
  • 🧲 Most Stickers Received (the ultimate magnet!)
  • 🎤 Bonus: Invite participants to explain some of the funnier or most unexpected stickers they received.

🧰 What You’ll Need

  • Printed sticker sheets (one per player) with a variety of fun, revealing, and work-appropriate traits (Download now!)
  • Optional: Extra sheets for extended play
  • A designated area for prizes or recognition

💡 Why It Works

Human Bingo energizes a room, jumpstarts conversations, and helps individuals find unexpected connections—making it ideal for teams meeting for the first time or looking to reconnect. Whether played in a short burst or across a full event, it turns casual mingling into something much more memorable.
