Overview

A fast, social party game where players take turns as the Big Cheese. The Big Cheese secretly chooses an answer to a question, while everyone else tries to think like them and guess what they picked. If you match the Big Cheese’s answer, you earn a point. It is part personality test, part mind reader, and all about great conversations, surprising answers, and laughs.

Players

6–99 players

Length

~20 minutes

Equipment

  • This document (rules and prompt questions)
  • A way to answer (index cards, whiteboards, or fingers)
  • A way to track scores (optional)

Setup

  1. Gather players in person, remote, or hybrid.
  2. Decide how players will submit answers (cards, boards, or hands).
  3. Choose a starting player to be the Big Cheese.

How to Play

1. Read the Question

The Chief Fun Officer selects a question at random from this document and reads it aloud:

“If ______ were a…”

2. Choose Answers

The Big Cheese secretly selects their answer (A, B, C, or D).

At the same time, all other players secretly choose the answer they think the Big Cheese selected.

3. Reveal

All players, including the Big Cheese, reveal their answers at the same time.

4. Score Points

If you guessed the same answer as the Big Cheese, you earn 1 point.

5. Discuss

The Big Cheese explains their choice and why the other options do not fit. This is where the best conversations, debates, and laughs happen.

6. Next Round

The Big Cheese chooses a new Big Cheese. Play continues with a new question.

🏆 How to Win

The player with the most points at the end of the game wins.
