PLAYERS

6–16 players (Split into 2 team)

EQUIPMENT NEEDED

These rules (list of prompts at end of rules)
A way to generate a random number from 1–10

HOW TO PLAY

1. Choose a Cluegiver

Teams take turns choosing one player to be the cluegiver.

The cluegiver gets:

1 prompt
1 random number from 1–10 (be sure to keep this secret from all other players!!)

2. Give One Clue

The cluegiver fills in the blank with ONE answer only.

Example prompt:

On a Scale from 1 to 10, how dangerous is a __________?

The cluegiver gives one clue only.

No explaining. No extra hints.

3. Opposing Team Guesses

The opposing team discusses publicly (no need to whisper) and agrees on one exact number from 1–10.

A 10 is the highest, strongest, or most likely answer. A 1 is the lowest, weakest, or least likely.

Debate is encouraged!

4. Cluegiver Team Responds

Before the number is revealed, the cluegiver’s team discusses publicly and decides:

HIGHER!
The secret number is higher.

LOWER!
The secret number is lower.

SPOT ON!
The opposing team guessed correctly.

Note: In the video example, we say “too high” and “too low.” For gameplay, use HIGHER and LOWER.

5. Reveal the Number

Reveal the secret number.

Scoring

Opposing team gets 1 point for the exact number.
Cluegiver team gets 1 point for correctly choosing HIGHER, LOWER, or SPOT ON.

Both teams can score in the same round.

WINNING

Play until everyone has been the cluegiver once.

Team with highest score wins!!
